Please do not contact to chase up correspondence until at least 12 weeks have elapsed.

If you pay by Direct Debit and wish to stop this because you have moved or will shortly be moving out of a property, you will need to cancel the Direct Debit instruction with your bank.

For urgent enquiries relating to recovery notices or an upcoming or recently collected instalment that is unaffordable, please telephone - the phone number and phone line opening hours are available on the Contacting the Council Tax department page. Please only phone to notify of a change of address or change of circumstances if you are unable to use the relevant online form or provide notification by email. Notification by telephone will not result in your Council Tax account being updated any faster than notification online.
