Town Centre Monitors

This page allows you to download the Town Centre monitors produced by the Council.

The Town Centre monitor is produced bi-annually at the end of March and September and provides information on the occupancy of the four main town centres in the borough. These are:

• Banstead Village
• Reigate Town Centre
• Redhill Town Centre
• Horley Town Centre.

Information in the Town Centre monitor includes:

• analysis of use classes and vacancies within the town centres
• long term trends and changes in use class
• a detailed schedule of all occupiers within each town centre.
