When the case is handed over to the TAF, the FSP no longer works directly with the family. However we remain a resource that Lead Professionals and TAF members can use whilst the TAF continues to meet.
The support we might provide could include advice or support if the TAF is struggling with a specific issue, and there may be instances whereby we will re-engage with a family for short periods.
