5. Intervention
Your co-ordinator will continue to work with the whole household providing a tailored response to each individual’s specific needs and circumstances. Intervention work is varied and can take the form of 121 work, group family sessions and parenting programmes. Supporting the whole family often means working alongside other agencies ensuring the best and most appropriate package of support is delivered.
