3. Assessment
The first 4 weeks of work are focused upon completing an Early Help Assessment. The assessment will capture the family's strengths as well as challenges they are facing. We work holistically with the whole family ensuring that all voices are heard. The aim of the assessment is to inform a single family action plan.
