The Council provides a range of paid services. The fees and charges for these services are either set locally, or by national standards. Where fees and charges are set by the Council, they are set according to the Council's Fees and Charges Policy.
The Council publishes an annual schedule of its fees and charges, following the Council's annual budget report. Where it is necessary to change fees or charges during the year, these changes may not be reflected in the published annual schedule, but will be clear to service users at the point of use.
