Beware of fake PCN text messages

We’re aware that some people are receiving text messages telling them to pay a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN). These messages are scams.

We never send PCN notifications by text. Official PCNs are only ever sent by post.

If you get a text asking you to pay a PCN, please do not reply and do not make any payment. If you’re unsure whether something is genuine, call us directly on 01737 276 000.
