The Borough of Reigate & Banstead (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2026
Notice of Variation of Parking Charges
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has determined to vary the charges payable in respect of the use of the following off-street parking places:
- High Street Horley Car Park, Horley
- Central Car Park, Horley
- Victoria Road Car Park, Horley
The variation shall take effect on Monday 21 September 2026.
The new charges, along with the existing charges, are detailed in the tables below:
