The Borough of Reigate and Banstead Off-Street Parking Places Order 2019
Following a public consultation which ran from 5 December 2019 to 30 December 2019, the Council made a new off street parking order on 8 January 2020 known as the Borough of Reigate and Banstead (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2019. The Order came into force on 31 December 2019 and revokes the Borough of Reigate and Banstead (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2017.
The changes are set out in the Notice of Making and detailed in the Statement of Reasons.

Members of the public may attend the Council Offices between 9am and 4.30pm to view the documents.
Validity:
If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, that person may apply to the High Court within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
