Tanyard Meadows Town Park

We have developed early-stage design ideas for a new town park at Tanyard Meadows to create more opportunities for sport, play, and enjoying green spaces.

We want to ensure the new park is an inclusive space that is welcoming and accessible to all users and offers high-quality facilities to support a range of activities.

Now we want the community to have their say on the design and what they would like to see included to ensure local voices remain central throughout the design process..

Take part

We will also be talking with youth groups, schools, sports clubs and sports organisations such as Sport England, Surrey Football Association, as well as Horley Town Council and Surrey County Council to make sure the park reflects the needs of everyone.

Community feedback though our Horley open spaces survey has played a part in shaping the emerging designs, and engagement will continue throughout the project.
