The CDW Team 2024

Introduction

Reigate & Banstead Borough Council has made a commitment to supporting our most vulnerable communities through the delivery of targeted, long term community development. Community Development Workers (CDWs) are embedded in our communities in Horley, Merstham, Preston, Redhill, Woodhatch and Whitebushes. This report highlights some of the impact of the work the CDWs have supported or led during 2024. Each CDW produces their own report with more detailed information on the work in their area. Please contact us if you would like to receive one or more of these reports.

We seek to involve local people in finding and delivering the solutions to what they feel is missing in their neighbourhoods. Our work is always collaborative, working with partners and our communities.
