13. Pub Relief Discount
In a Written Ministerial Statement on 27 January 2020 the Government announced that eligible pubs with a rateable value of less than £100,000 will receive a £1,000 discount on their business rates bills for one year from April 2020. This is in addition to the Retail discount and will apply after the Retail discount. This relief is no longer available as it was incorporated into the Expanded Retail Discount.
