There are different ways to contact us, the quickest way to resolve most queries is by using our contact us online form. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will ensure the relevant team can action accordingly.
Potholes and highways issues
Enquiries about highways, road maintenance (potholes), road works and road safety should be directed to Surrey County Council, the organisation responsible for most roads in Surrey.
- Complete the online form on the website of Surrey County Council roads and transport - report it.
- If you consider a problem to be an immediate threat to life and limb telephone their contact centre on 0300 200 1003 instead of using the online forms.

Reigate Town Hall
Our reception is open from 9am to 2pm on Monday to Friday. For arrangements to visit the Town Hall please see our coronavirus (COVID-19) pages.
Access to the Castle Grounds
For entry in to the Castle Grounds a code can be obtained in person or via the phone from Reception at the Town Hall.

Reporting a fraud

For all other enquiries contact our Contact Centre by phone. Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. If you know the name of the person or department you wish to speak to you can use our automated switch board service from 8.45am and until 5pm. Please note that the times during which individuals or departments are contactable by telephone may differ from those of the Contact Centre.
