Charities
SSAFA
The Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA) is a UK charity that supports people in the Armed Forces and their families. They help anyone who is serving, or has served, in the Royal Navy, British Army, or Royal Air Force, including both regulars and reserves, as well as their families and dependents. The British Legion
The British Legion offer support for serving and ex service men and women.
Andy's Man Club
A men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK
Veterans’ Hubs and Drop ins
Local hubs where current and former service members and their families can meet, have a drink, and get support. Some hubs also run activities and day trips.
Please check that the hub you plan to visit is open and running before you travel.
