Prams and tiddler friendly no need for a creche! Boxing drills, exercise circuits - the best kind of stress busting workout there is! Come and have a laugh.
No pram? No problem- anyone who is a carer or parent can come and meet other parents in this sociable environment and train with like minded folk.
It is advised to bring your own covers and pads as they do get very sweaty and you are required to share if you do not have your own set.
Spaces are limited, so is booked under a first come, first served basis, all abilities welcome.
Terms and conditions
- Parents are solely responsible for their children and their safety during the class.
- If you have a pre existing medical condition you must tell the trainer before the start of the session.
