Deputy Chief Executive 
Graham Cook responsible for:
- Regeneration of priority centres
- Shared services with other public sector bodies
- Big Society
- Partnership with Surrey County Council, Raven and Surrey Police
- Delivery of the Leisure Centre programme
- Delivery of the Recycling Blue Print
- Community Safety and Youth Services.
FTE salary: £96,870.
Heads of Service
Anne Ebbett is responsible for:
- Customer services
- Finance
- Revenues and benefits.
Nic Martlew is responsible for:
- Car parking
- Parks and countryside
- Waste and cleaning.
Kathy O'Leary is responsible for:
- Building control
- Community liaison
- Corporate policy & support
- Development management
- Planning policy & regeneration
- Property, facilities & engineering.
Margaret Quine is responsible for:
- Communications, web and information
- Democratic services
- Human resources
- ICT & business change
- Legal
- Performance, risk & contingency planning.
Steve Williams is responsible for:
- Environmental health
- Housing
- Leisure.
