Virtual tickets
Standard season tickets
The following terms and conditions are subject to review and as such, the Council’s current terms and conditions at the time of application will prevail.
- A season ticket may only be used in the Council’s Pay & Display Car Park selected on purchase.
- The season ticket is not transferable between vehicles unless prior arrangement made.
- Where two vehicle registrations are registered on a season ticket, only one vehicle is permitted to park at any one time. Motorists must update their season ticket via their account to show the vehicle parked as the active vehicle.
- For invoicing, any application must be received at least 15 working days in advance of the commencement to guarantee sufficient time for processing & dispatch.
- Some of the Council’s car parks have a maximum stay of 3 hours parking, and any short term parking restrictions must be adhered to.
- A season ticket only permits the holder to park in a Pay & Display bay within the Council’s car parks and does not permit the holder to leave their vehicle in a bay marked otherwise.
- Failure to park with the active vehicle or overstaying in a short term car park or space may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.
- Season tickets are not available in person from the Earlswood Depot.
- A season ticket does not guarantee a parking space.
- The council reserves the right to refuse issue of a season ticket.
- If a season ticket has not been used in accordance with the terms and conditions, the Council reserves the right to withdraw the season ticket.
- The season ticket may only be used for motorcars licensed as private or goods vehicles not exceeding 30cwt unladen weight or 6’6” in height.
- The terms and provisions of the council’s current off-street parking order are implied in this agreement.
- Refunds can be obtained on full calendar months only, original permit will be cancelled, and an administration charge of £5 will apply.
- Any omissions of information may result in a delay in the issue of a Season Ticket. The application will not be processed without acceptance of these terms & conditions.
- A replacement season ticket may be obtained from the Council for a cost of £75 for an annual, £18.75 for a quarterly and £5 for a monthly.
Flexible season tickets

- Where two vehicle registrations are registered on a workday season ticket, only one vehicle is permitted to park at any one time. Motorists must update their season ticket via their account to show the vehicle parked as the active vehicle.
- For invoicing, any application must be received at least 15 working days in advance of the commencement to guarantee sufficient time for processing & dispatch.
- Some of the Council’s car parks have a maximum stay of 3 hours parking, and any short term parking restrictions must be adhered to.
- A workday season ticket only permits the holder to park in a Pay & Display bay within the Council’s car parks and does not permit the holder to leave their vehicle in a bay marked otherwise.
- Failure to park with the active vehicle, parking on a day other than those selected for the workday season ticket or overstaying in a short term car park or space may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.
- Workday season tickets are not available in person from the Earlswood Depot.
- A workday season ticket does not guarantee a parking space.
- The council reserves the right to refuse issue of a workday season ticket.
- If a workday season ticket has not been used in accordance with the terms and conditions, the Council reserves the right to withdraw the season ticket.

Contract space
The following terms and conditions are subject to review and as such, the Council’s current terms and conditions at the time of application will prevail.
- The contract parking permit must be displayed in the front windscreen of the vehicle so that the start date, expiry date and permit number are clearly visible at all times.
- A contract parking permit must NOT be photocopied. Where the permit is used between different vehicles, the contract parking permit must be transferred between vehicles.
- A contract parking permit only permits the holder to park in the stipulated contract bay within the Council’s car park for which it was issued and does not permit the holder to leave their vehicle in any other bay or car park.
- All contract parking permits begin on 1st of a calendar month. Any application must be received at least 10 working days in advance of the commencement month to guarantee sufficient time for processing & dispatch.
- A duplicate contract parking permit may be obtained from the Council for a cost of £75 for an annual and £18.75 for a quarterly.
- Failure to display a valid contract parking permit may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.
- Contract parking permits are not available in person from the Earlswood Depot.
- A contract parking permits guarantees a contract parking space.
- The council reserves the right to refuse issue of a contract parking permit.
- If a contract parking permit has not been used in accordance with the terms and conditions, the Council reserves the right to withdraw the contract parking permit.
- The contract parking permit may only be used for motorcars licensed as private or goods vehicles not exceeding 30cwt unladen weight or 6’6” in height.
