4. Westvale Winter Windows competition terms and conditions
- The prize draw is open to individual residents aged 18 or over and households of Westvale Park, Horley, Surrey, UK and can be an individual or family entry.
- The prize draw is not open to Councillors or employees of Reigate & Banstead Borough Council or to members of their immediate families. However, they are still welcome to decorate their windows for fun.
- Entries must be made via the online entry form and displays put up by 17 December for judging.
- Entries will be scored against the criteria published on the Winter Windows competition page.
- Voucher prizes will be awarded to first, second and third placed households and the most decorated street as decided by our judging panel.
- The judges’ decision is final.
- The winners will be notified week beginning 5 January 2026.
- The voucher prizes are not exchangeable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
- If the winner is not contactable after 21 days, winners will move up a place and the reserve entry will take third place.
- Reigate & Banstead Borough Council shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from taking part in the competition.
- Reigate & Banstead Borough Council shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the prize or the winner’s acceptance and use/enjoyment of the prize.
- By participating in the competition, you are agreeing for Reigate& Banstead Borough Council to use your first name and comments for publicity and promotion in Council publications, for example on social media and newsletters.
