Domestic abuse can happen in any relationship. While women are disproportionately affected, it’s important to recognise that men can experience domestic abuse too and they often face additional barriers to seeking support.
Remember:
- Reaching out is a sign of strength not weakness
- It is common to feel overwhelmed
- You are not alone, help and support is available
