3. View your Council Tax bill

Once you have signed up for Council Tax e-billing you will no longer receive a paper bill in the post. Your next scheduled bill will be sent to the email address that you signed up with.

You can view and download copies of your bill whenever you want using the 'My Account - Council Tax' service. 

How to view your bill

If you haven't already verified your account you will need your Council Tax account number and the online reference (also known as your keycode) the first time you view your bill. Both can be found on your Council Tax bill or e-billing email.

Step 1: Access the 'My Council Tax Account' service

Log in to My Reigate & Banstead from the link below or in your e-billing email and choose 'My Council Tax account'.

Step 2: Choose to view your bill

You will now be in your personal 'My Council Tax Account' and can choose to 'View your bill and manage your account'.

Step 3: Only if you haven't verified your account

If you didn't verify your account when your signed up for e-billing you will be asked to do so before you can view your bill for the first time. You will need your online reference (or key code) and Council Tax account number. Once complete repeat step 2 above.
