Horley car parks
Horley regeneration works
- Surrey County Council will be carrying out regeneration works in Horley High Street. As part of this programme, a works compound will be set up in the High Street Car Park, which will reduce the available parking capacity for the duration of the project.
- Current permit holders may use either Central Car Park or Victoria Road Car Park while these works are in progress.
- High Street Car Park will be closed to the public for one week from 9 February 2026.

Motorcycles and Blue Badge Holders
- Motorcycles may park for free in any marked motorcycle or pay and display bay.
- Blue Badge Holders may park for free in any marked disabled or pay and display bay provided the blue badge is correctly displayed.

Regular users of the council car parks may wish to purchase a season ticket. These tickets offer good value and save users from the need to have change for the ticket machine every time they park.
