Core Strategy Examination
This page contains details about the Core Strategy Examination.
The Core Strategy was due to be considered by the Council's Executive on Thursday 20 March. Following recent developments, including correspondence between the Planning Minister and the Planning Inspectorate, an Addendum Report was prepared.
To give Members time to read, discuss and reflect on the latest documentation, additional reports and advice, consideration of the Executive Report was deferred. The Core Strategy is now scheduled to be considered by the Executive on 19 June for recommendation to Full Council for adoption on 24 July.

The Council has now received the report of Mr Martin Pike BA MA MRTPI into the Reigate & Banstead Core Strategy.
