Planning enforcement
Surrey County Council has made an application to Guildford County Court for an injunction under s187B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 against all persons with an interest in the land at Crosswinds, Collendean Lane, Norwood Hill, Surrey, RH6 0HS, and all persons who are or are intending on importing, depositing and disposing of waste materials and storing and operating plant, machinery and vehicles associated with the waste onto the land known as Crosswinds lying northwest of the junction of Collendean Lane and Ironsbottom, Norwood Hill, Surrey, RH6 0HS (“Persons Unknown”).
