Postal and Proxy voting

You do not have to vote in person at the polling station or be in the area on polling day. It is possible to vote by post or to nominate someone to vote on your behalf. You can find out more about postal and proxy voting on How do I vote? (About My Vote)

Application forms to apply for, or cancel postal and proxy votes can be found below:

Completed and signed forms can be scanned or photographed and emailed as a clear 1 page attachment to [email protected] or posted/delivered to Electoral Services, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, Castlefield Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0SH. Please note that an electronic signature is not acceptable as your signature is an important part of the verification process during the postal vote count in an election.

If you need help filling in any of these forms please phone 01737 276794.
