We are delighted to announce that the pavilion at Priory Park in Reigate will open for business from Tuesday 02 April following a successful letting process and refit.
The new commercial tenant - trading as Creamy & Bites – is a family run catering business that prides itself on a range of freshly made products and reliable service.
The tenant has been operating the temporary provision in Priory Park since late May 2023.
Today, we can also reveal that the lease process for the Lady Neville Pavilion in Banstead has completed, and Peregrine is the new tenant. Fit out work is ongoing and is expected to be completed in around two months.
We are also in the process of finalising the lease for Memorial Park Café in Redhill and will share the news when we are able to.
The Priory Park pavilion will be open Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 5pm and on Sundays from 10am to 4pm.
For information, Creamy & Bites is an entirely separate business to Creams Café, the dessert parlour set to open at The Rise in Redhill.
