Landlord fined £16,000 for breaching HMO regulations

A Horley property company has been fined over £16,000 for failing to comply with Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) legislation aimed at protecting tenants.
We are working on a solution with our external supplier. The automated telephone payment line 01737 276 100 is still available for paying Council Tax, Business Rates, invoices, and parking fines.
