If your care placement has broken down, ensure you do the following:
- Speak to your personal advisor immediately. They can mediate with your carers to help you save your placement or they can help you seek alternative arrangements/care placements
- You can also contact the Volunteer Host Service who can provide you with short term emergency accommodation.
- You can also contact the Council on 01737 376 790 for advice.
