2. Surrender your licence
If you hold a Premises Licence and you wish to surrender it, you need to give us notice to that effect. There is no fee for this procedure. Only the premises licence holder can surrender the licence.

By surrendering the licence you agree to destroy any and all copies or previous versions of the licence.
The Premises Licence will lapse with immediate effect on receipt of a valid notification under Section 28 Licensing Act 2003 by the Licensing Authority.
If the Premises licence is not surrendered, the Licence holder will still be liable for the annual fees until it has been surrendered or transferred.
