The annual Housing Delivery Monitor:
- analyses the national and local housing market
- monitors housing delivery against targets
- provides information on affordable housing provision in the borough
- includes the Reigate & Banstead Borough Council's (RBBC) latest housing trajectory and five year land supply position

Housing Delivery Test
The 2022 Housing Delivery Test (HDT) results were published on the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) website on 19 December 2023 with RBBC scoring 168%.
