2. Annual Monitoring Report

The Annual Monitoring Report provides information on:

  • Progress with Local Plan preparation
  • Engagement undertaken by the Council under the Duty to Co-Operate
  • Progress on neighbourhood planning
  • Information on the collection and spending of CIL charges
  • Information collected which relates to indicators in the Monitoring Framework which are not recorded in any of the Council's other monitoring reports

It is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) England Regulations 2012 and the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
