- Other Minor Proposals (2-4 dwellings) £567 written. £793 meeting
- Minor Proposals (5-9 dwellings) £849 written. £1132 meeting
- Minor Works (alterations/shopfronts/signs/increases below 40sqm) £171 written. £283 meeting
- More significant Works (Over 40sqm, change of use and telecoms) £283 for each 75 sqm or part thereof, written. £397 for each 75 sqm or part thereof, meeting
- Major Proposals (10-25 dwellings) £2832 meeting
- Major Proposals (25+ dwellings). Fee for this will be bespoke, please tick this option on form and quote 'PPA'

- Site Visit to be undertaken by Case Officer additional £114
- Follow-up written advice on minor amendments (minor/majors only) £171
