Monday 21 March, Teams.

Notes:

1. To make meetings run efficiently, a standard format of headings will remind members which issues can be raised or discussed and when. The suggested standard format is as follows:

  • Attendance
  • Approval of minutes
  • Matters arising
  • Steering Group member reports
  • Habitat Sub-Group report
  • Works not listed in the Work Programme - optional
  • Everything else
  • Any other business
  • Date(s), time(s) and venue(s) for future Steering Group meeting(s)
  • Actions

2. The current Minute Items 19/04, 19/05 and 19/06 are only short term. Once adopted, anything related to the Management Plan falls under “Everything else” or AOB.

3. Numbering system:

  • The next set of minutes should begin with the next consecutive number following the last numbered item in the previous set of minutes, e.g., 19/13 (last number in last set of minutes); 19/14 (first number in the following set of minutes).
  • When the year changes, the first two digits should also change to reflect the change of year, e.g., 19/78 (last); 20/01 (first).

This system avoids the need to retain agenda.
