Report a flood and check current alerts

Please contact the Environment Agency (EA)

• Report a flood via the EA Incident Line: 0800 807 060.
• To check the current alert and warning status call the Flood line: 0345 988 1188 or online: check for flooding (Gov.UK) and flood warning information (Gov.UK).

Surface water and ground water

Please contact Surrey County Council (SCC)

• If the flooding is in the road or flowing from the road contact the highways department on 0300 200 1003 or see Drainage and flooding (SCC website)
• If the water is flowing from a ditch, watercourse or private land call flooding enquiries on 0845 600 9009.

• Report and issue using 'Report it' on the SCC website.
