Banner bookings
Our banner site service
Our weekly banner hire service is only available to community or voluntary groups, not-for-profit organisations or to advertise a community event. Currently, banner site hire is not available to businesses or private companies.
Bookings are being taken for 2023 slots now and you can book up to four months in advance.
Hirers are responsible for both installation and removal of their banners.
Banner sites available
You can hire banner sites in the following locations:
- Tunnel Road, Reigate - 1 banner
- Redhill Memorial Park railings, Lombard roundabout - 4 banners
- Priory Park, Lesbourne Road entrance - 1 banner
- Priory Park tennis courts - 4 banners
Costs for hiring a banner site
The costs for a weekly hire for one banner is £51.45 + VAT per week. Please advise at time of application if you do not pay VAT.
The weekly hire period runs from Monday AM to Sunday PM. Banners can be installed from 9am on the Monday morning and must be removed by 8am on the following Monday morning.
Any banners that are not removed on time and require removal and disposal by the Council will incur an additional charge of £33.60.

Please note:
- You must confirm that you have Public Liability insurance for your organisation when you submit your booking request.
- The Council is not liable for any banners that are damaged or removed from the banner sites.
- Hirers are responsible for both installation and removal of their banners. The Tunnel Road site is at roof height and therefore we recommend the use of a qualified installer for this site and use of a cherrypicker.
