Please note that there are several large construction projects taking place across Redhill town centre during the coming year. The various private developers and utility companies are meeting regularly to minimise disruption to traffic and local residents.
The projects are:
- Warwick Quadrant - Completion 2017
- Marketfield Way - Completion 2022
- Cromwell Road - Completion 2021
Redhill Station
Solum Regeneration, a partnership between Kier Property and Network Rail, was granted planning permission in 2013 to redevelop Redhill station, improve the concourse, develop flats, add a platform, and provide a supermarket. We had anticipated that works would begin in 2016, however, Solum has since confirmed it will be making amendments to the planning application later this year to enable work to start in 2018.
The Former Liquid and Envy Site
Planning application for 133 apartments, associated parking and an improved public realm.
