What happens next?
The comments received in response to the Issues and Options consultation have now been reviewed and will be taken into account in the next stage of policy making. We are currently carrying out further work to develop our preferred policy approach and preferred site allocations.
It is planned to consult on our preferred policy approach in early 2012. If you would like to be involved in this consultation and you are not already on the Council’s mailing list, please email LDF@reigate-banstead.gov.uk
A new name
In response to feedback from consultees we have decided to simplify the name of the document. In future consultations the document will be referred to as “Development Management Policies”. This Development Plan Document will still cover both development management policies and site allocations.
