Supplementary questions
This page shows you which supplementary questions you will be asked to fill in when making an online planning application.
When you submit an online planning application via the Planning Portal, you will receive an email from the Council which will
- confirm receipt of your application
- provide you with a Borough Council planning application number
- provide you with payment information
- provide you with supplementary questions to attach and return by email.
Below are the supplementary questions you will be asked.
Please do not attempt to send these in until you have received the email from the council.
