4. Spending CIL Funds
The Council is required to report annually on the amount of CIL received, allocated and spent. Up until 2019, this was reported in the Council Annual Monitoring Report (AMR). From 2020, this is reported in the Council’s Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement (AIFS)”
The CIL funds assist in funding new/improved infrastructure, facilities, and services across the borough. More information about how the Council identifies and decides which projects to support thorough CIL is set out in the Strategic Fund and Local Fund webpages.
