How do you feel about living in the borough of Reigate & Banstead?
We’d be grateful if you could spare the time to take part in our residents’ survey which aims to understand how people feel about living here as well as gathering feedback on Council services. We will be using your feedback to help inform our plans and priorities for your local area, so please be as honest and detailed as possible.
Take part
Taking part is completely voluntary, and the survey will take around 15 minutes to complete.
The survey will open at midday Monday 26 January 2026 and close at midday Monday 23 February 2026.
As a thank you for participating in the survey we’re offering you the chance to enter a prize draw to win one of three £50 Love2Shop vouchers.
If you’re unable to access the survey online, paper questionnaires can be requested by emailing engagement@reigate-banstead.gov.uk or contacting the customer contact centre by telephone on 01737 276 000 or via SMS if you are deaf or hard of hearing on 07834 626 468 (Monday - Friday between 10am and 4pm).
Your responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and you will not be personally identifiable in any analysis or report. Personal contact details will only be collected if you wish to enter the prize draw.
