2. The 2026 review of the Redhill Town Centre PSPO

PSPOs must be reviewed at least every three years and the Redhill Town Centre PSPO, which was last reviewed and renewed in 2023, is currently under review.

How to have your say

Local residents, businesses, and visitors to the town centre were asked to take part in our 2026 review by sharing their views about the impact of the PSPO over the last three years.

The survey closed at 11.59pm on Sunday 23 August 2026.

About the 2026 review

No changes to the existing order are proposed for this review. You can find out more about the Redhill Town Centre PSPO here, including the prohibited behaviours and how it is enforced.

In 2023, the area covered by the PSPO was extended to include Clarendon Road car park at the request of the police and council officers. Respondents to the public consultation supported this.
