Take on the Public Sector Challenge – Surrey
Reigate & Banstead Borough Council and Elmbridge Council are joining forces to organise the Surrey Public Sector Challenge.
The Public Sector Challenge began in 2023 and has raised almost £250k for charity so far.
It’s free to sign up, but nearer the time you’ll be invited to get fundraising in support of Cancer Research UK (CRUK) and the British Heart Foundation.
When and where
Saturday 27 September 2025, from 10am to 4pm (approx)
Start and finish point: Reigate & Banstead Borough Council Town Hall Car Park, Reigate, RH2 0SH.
Choose between two routes, the full 14.3 miles or 7 miles, stopping/starting at The Coombe, Betchworth (near station).
Approx time to complete the 14.3 mile walk: 6 - 7 hours
