4. Register of Licences of HMOs
The Council maintains a register of HMO licences that have been granted and are in force under the Housing Act 2004.
A copy of the Register may be viewed by appointment only at the Town Hall. It is not permitted to take copies or pictures of the register. Anyone wishing to make an appointment to view the register, should contact environmental.protection@reigate-banstead.gov.uk. Appointments will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
A copy of the register or an extract from it may be requested and will be provided upon payment of a fee of £65.
Request a copy of the HMO register
You will need to provide a valid email address and contact telephone number, and to specify the information requested e.g. regarding a particular postcode, street etc.
