Parlour Visits Hosted by the Mayor

The Mayor intends to thank and recognise as many groups and organisations as possible for their contributions during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In Conversation with Arthur Edwards, MBE – Friday 11 March, 2.30pm

Arthur Edwards MBE, royal photographer at The Sun newspaper will be giving a talk about his long career on March 11th at the Harlequin Theatre


Arthur Edwards is one of the country’s best known photographers and the longest-serving royal photographer. Over the years he has enjoyed special access to the royal family, travelling abroad on over 200 royal tours and capturing some of the most well know photos of the royal family.


Tickets are priced at £15 and include tea & cake.

Age Concern Quiz Night - Saturday 23rd April at 7pm

St. Mark’s Church, Tattenham Corner, KT18 5RD


Tickets £15.00 pp include a delicious supper made by the Mayor.

Teams will be made up of 8 people, tickets bookable via the Age Concern office 01737 352156. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements.


Mayor’s Garden Open Day – Sunday 8 May

The Mayor of Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, Cllr Jill Bray will be opening her beautiful garden in Epsom Downs to the public on Sunday 8th May, between 12noon – 4pm


Entry £4

Tea and cakes will be available with all proceeds being split between the Mayor’s chosen charities Age Concern Banstead and the YMCA East Surrey.


In support of The Queen’s Green Canopy an initiative which asks people around the UK to ‘plant a tree for the Jubilee’ to create a living, green legacy, the Mayor will be planting a tree in her garden.
