Leader surgeries

Individual resident appointments are available to book, between 4pm and 6pm on the following dates:

• 16 December 2025

Councillor Richard Biggs is now offering individuals who live or work in the borough the opportunity to meet, face-to-face, and also virtually to discuss local matters that are important to them.

Appointments can be via face-to-face, video conference or phone and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

• appointments are open to anyone who lives or works in the borough
• questions should be linked to a local matter and submitted in advance
