3. Horley Town Council

The recommendations are to make the following changes to the existing Horley Town Council:

  • Increase the number of town councillors from 18 to 19 to deliver better electoral equality.
  • Amend the town council wards to better align the number of electors within each ward and improve representation.

Current Horley Town Council wards

The existing five wards are as follows:
