1. About our temporary accommodation

We manage a very small number of homes which are used to provide temporary accommodation (TA) to homeless households. We also own a block of flats of secure tenancies managed by Mount Green Housing Association.  

The following pages contain information and instructions on how to pay your rent, how to report a repair, information regarding our repairs policy and the annual publication of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).  

Households managed by Mount Green Housing Association should contact the association directly regarding tenancy matters.
