Gender balance

  • At 31 March 2024 we had a workforce of 523 staff with a gender balance of 55.6% male and 44.4% female. In 2023, the gender balance was 54.8% male and 45.2% female.

Bonus Pay

  • Between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024, 94.93% of men and 97.03% of women received a bonus. In 2023, 94.02% of men and 87.5% of women received a bonus.
