Growing health through art and creativity (GHAC) is our flagship 'art for wellbeing' programme. The aim is to use art and creativity to enhance residents’ quality of life and boost their physical and mental health.

Evidence shows that 'getting creative' (through art, music, creative writing, photography, dance etc), offers many health benefits including, better mobility and breathing, improved mood and confidence and has even been shown to boost immunity.

Activities are weekly, £3 a session, and are booked in blocks of six.
