1. Letting your property
If you are thinking about letting your property there are a few things you need to think about and be aware of.

The Government has published a Model Tenancy Agreement (Gov.UK). As a landlord you may wish to consider using this as your new tenancy agreement.
The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has published a new Code of Practice (rics website) for landlords. It aims to promote good practice in the letting and management of private sector housing.
