The Redhill Youth Hub, with outreach into Caterham and Oxted supports residents aged between 16 to 24 claiming Universal Credit to meet career their aspirations.

For young people the Youth Hub can help:

• Support your wellbeing
• Help with job searches and interview preparation
• Help you to apply for apprenticeships and other training programmes
• Create great CVs
• Learn new skills
• Support your Money management skills
• Build Confidence

Address: 76 Station Road, Redhill, RH1 1PL. Open: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (outreach on Thursday).

For business

If you are a local business the Youth hub can:

• Help you develop a Talent Pipeline: identify future talent and create hands-on experience opportunities for young people.
• Partner with Jobcentre Plus to connect with youth work coaches and local partners.
• Use Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) to train young people in skills specific to your business needs.
• Offer mentoring, attending careers fairs, or speaking to youth groups.
